Appointlet's Invite to Book tool makes it easy to proactively encourage clients to schedule a meeting with you. It’s a simple way to reduce back-and-forth, keep appointments from slipping through the cracks, and stay on top of recurring or follow-up meetings.
From the Pages tab of your Appointlet dashboard, locate the meeting type you’d like your client to book. Open the action menu (...) on the meeting type and select Invite to Book.
Send an invitation
Enter your client’s email address to send them an invitation containing a one-time link to book that meeting type.
Premium users can also include an optional personal message, making it easy to add context such as what you’d like to discuss or why you’re inviting them to schedule.
Keep clients on track with reminders
With a Premium plan, you can send reminders until they book.
Choose the number of days between reminders, and Appointlet will automatically follow up on your behalf until the client schedules or the invitation expires.
This is especially useful for:
Recurring appointments and regular check-ins
Following up with leads or customers
Scheduling meetings that might otherwise require multiple reminder emails
Reducing the chance that an important appointment gets forgotten
Choose how long the invite stays active
You can also choose how long the invitation remains active, up to a maximum of 30 days.
Once the invitation expires, its one-time booking link will no longer work and the invitation will automatically xpire.
