When a booking is confirmed, Appointlet gives you the option to add a custom message with instructions for your attendee. This might include information that elaborates on the meeting location or any preparations that need to be made prior to the meeting.
To get started, navigate to your Scheduling Pages and open the meeting type editor:
From the meeting type editor, click on Notifications in the left navigation menu and use the Meeting Instructions text field to share your message.
Once you've filled out the Meeting Instructions field, save your changes and the message will be added to the confirmation and reminder emails your clients receive after booking with you. Below is an example of the confirmation email with meeting instructions as it would appear for the client.
