Public / Private settings for meeting types

Control who sees your meeting types

Updated over a week ago

Sometimes you want to hide meeting types from people who are not qualified. Appointlet's premium subscription plan gives you the option of making them public, hidden, or disabled. To do so, you'll need to start by navigating to the Pages screen and click on the meeting type that you want to edit.

From here, locate the dropdown menu at the bottom left corner of the meeting type editor. When you select it, you'll be given the option to mark it Public, Hidden, or Disabled.

Once the meeting type is marked hidden, it will not display on the scheduling page and you will have to share the meeting type directly with your audience. You can grab the direct link URL with Copy button, located on the meeting type card shown above.

Be sure to hit Save Changes on the right when finished.
