You can configure your availability to allow for bookings outside the regularly scheduled period. Begin by navigating to your Scheduling Pages and click on the meeting type that you want to update.
From here, select the Availability option from the left navigation menu. Click on the Date Range tab and then click the blue Add Another Schedule hyperlink at the bottom of the popup window.
When you go to update your schedule, select Date Range and then use the date-selector dropdown menu to pick the start and stop date of your schedule. In this example we will pick a two-day period. Next, click on the + symbol for each date and add your availability as needed.
You will find when you add new availability to a date that you have a few options. In addition to identifying the start and stop time range, you can add additional time ranges. Below these time fields, the Apply to all dates checkbox will allow you to assign these selected ranges to all of the dates in this custom schedule. Just hit Apply and then Save Changes to complete this process.
