Sometimes plans change, and you might need to adjust where a meeting will happen. With Appointlet, you can smoothly change your meeting location and keep your attendees informed.
Prerequisites
An active Appointlet account.
A scheduled meeting that you wish to edit.

How to Update Your Meeting Location
Find the Meeting
Navigate to the Meetings tab on your Appointlet dashboard.
Click on the relevant meeting. The current location will be displayed at the top of the details display on the right side of the screen.
For this example, we'll assume the initial location is a physical office space.
Start Editing
Return to the main Meetings tab.
On the right side of the desired meeting, click on the ellipses (…) to view more options.
Change the Location
Select Your Web Conferencing Tool
Note: A fresh link for your chosen service, e.g., Microsoft Teams, will be generated.
Informing Your Attendees
After modifying the location, Appointlet will automatically send an updated email to your attendees with the new link.
Add a Personal Touch: While it's optional, it's always good to send a personalized note. Use the space at the bottom to mention why there was a change and provide any other essential information.
