Individual pages give each member their own unique scheduling space kept separate from shared team pages, making it easy to navigate and categorize pages. As the account admin, managing an individual page for each team member provides the following benefits:
Separate Team Collaboration: Manage team pages separately to focus on multi-member host assignment and round-robin meeting distribution.
Clear Boundaries with Admin Control: Pages visibility is limited to only the users who need to see it, with the ability to edit and share as needed.
Easy Onboarding: Use a team page as a template and quickly copy meeting types or entire pages to your team's individual pages so they don't have to configure their own settings.
Separate Team Collaboration
By managing team pages separately, you can now organize your pages to only involve multiple members as needed. It supports efficient host assignment and distribution of meetings in a round-robin fashion, ideal for balancing workload among team members while maintaining a distinct Individual page for each member to control on their own. Clear Boundaries with Admin Control
Members assigned to either the "manager" or "admin" roles may view and edit other members' individual pages, while those assigned to the "member" role will only see their own individual page. Administrators can see all pages as shown here:
Team members without administrative permissions are only permitted to view their own individual page, while all other team and individual pages are hidden. Rather than seeing a list of pages, those assigned to the "member" role will see only their meeting types located in the "My Page" tab as shown below.
Meeting types set up within individual pages do not include a Staff Members menu. This keeps the host assignment options simple for individual pages: either one attendee or multiple attendees (when hosting group meetings) may meet with the specific member assigned to the meeting type.
Easily Onboard New Users
Converting a team page to an individual page is an efficient way to configure settings on behalf of your team during onboarding. Once a new member receives an individual page after signing up, an admin may easily overwrite their default individual page settings and meeting types using a customized team page.
To do so, create a copy of the team page you wish to transfer to a specific member. Then find the "Convert to Individual Page" page's settings tab:
Select the member you wish to convert the page for in the assignments dropdown and click "convert page" to overwrite the selected member's individual page.
Important: A team page is not duplicated when converted and will be removed from the "Team Pages" list. Aside from the assigned owner, any members who were previously assigned to meeting types within a converted team page will no longer have access to them.
