In Appointlet, each meeting type has a fixed location. You can access it by creating or editing a meeting type.

With the meeting type editor open, click on the Location tab and select the appropriate option.

We'll meet at a place

To meet in a physical location, simply add your meeting location to the text field. As you type, it will locate the precise coordinates and autofill the full address for you.

Alternatively, you can select the option to have your attendee provide the meeting location instead. If you go that route, just be sure to follow up by creating a field with your Intake Form to collect their meeting location. Your Intake Form editor can be accessed by clicking the option on that same left-navigation menu.

We'll meet on a phone call

The phone call section presents the same two options. Either you provide a phone number or collect it from the attendee.

Meet on a web conference

In order to connect a web conference integration to this meeting type, the host must already have a connected account. That includes Zoom, GoToMeeting, Google Meet, Cisco WebEx, Microsoft Teams and Join.Me.

To access and update your Web Conferencing integrations, return to your main dashboard and click on your user name in the upper right corner. From there, select Settings from the list.

Within the settings window, select Web Conferencing.

Once you connect a video conferencing account, any meeting type set to that location option will automatically be hosted by that connected account.

You will find the link to join your video conference in a number of places; the booking dashboard, booking confirmation and reminder emails, and email calendar events. Attendees will use their email and calendar events to join the meeting in the same way.
