For enhanced scheduling flexibility, Appointlet allows you to adjust the amount of time between your available meetings on the live scheduling page. This means you can choose how frequently your start times are listed for your attendees and can be configured independently of your meeting length.

An active Appointlet account with at least one meeting type.
How It Works & Benefits
Display Time Slots More or Less Frequently: When you create a new meeting type, your time slots will be listed on the live scheduling page at an increment that matches your meeting length. You can customize this value independently of your meeting length setting to offer start times more or less frequently.
Flexibility: Adjusting these intervals offers better customization to your meeting schedules, making it easier for both you and your attendees.
Setup & Configuration
Access the Meeting Type
Click on the meeting type you wish to modify.
Adjust Time Increments
In the meeting type editor, choose Advanced from the left navigation bar.
Locate Frequency of Start Times at the top of the menu and click Customize Frequency to choose a custom setting.
Set Custom Frequency
Choose your desired time increment, using the dropdown arrow in the right box to select either minutes or hours.
Save Changes
After setting your preferred frequency, finalize by clicking the Save Changes button.
Testing Your Setup
Consider booking a mock meeting using the "View Live" button at the top of your Pages tab and verify if the updated time intervals display correctly.
