Hide cancelled meetings, filter by member, meeting types, and more

Updated over a week ago

The Meetings tab in your Appointlet dashboard is where your meeting data is stored when people book with you and your team. Whether you need to sift through a large quantity of bookings, track down a specific attendee, or monitor the performance of a particular member or meeting type, the filtering options available on the Meetings page can help you in your search.

Filtering Options

You can use any combination of the filters covered in this guide to hone in on specific meeting data to track down the details you're looking for. Keep in mind that member roles will be considered when filtering for meetings. Members assigned to the "booker" role will only see their own meetings listed in the Meetings tab regardless of the filters they select, while anyone else may filter for meetings scheduled with anyone on the team.

Date Range

The date range tool allows you to filter meeting data within a specific time frame. By default, this filter is assigned to display Upcoming meetings, but you can also filter by:

  1. Past meetings

  2. Meetings scheduled specifically for today

  3. Meetings scheduled specifically for tomorrow

  4. Next 7 days

  5. Next 30 days

  6. Custom range of dates

Click the date range box to expand the dropdown list to choose from any of the options listed above. If you choose the "Select a date range..." option, you'll need to manually define a range of dates. To do this, click twice on the start date to clear the default range and choose your start date, and then click on the desired end date.

Members

If you need to review the activity of a specific team member or group of members, click Filters to the right of the search bar and select each member in the "Choose members" field at the top. Click Apply Filters at the bottom to confirm your adjustments.

Meeting Types

To review specific meeting types, click Filters to the right of the search bar and select each member in the "Choose Meetings Types" field. Click Apply Filters at the bottom to confirm your adjustments. For premium users with more than one scheduling page, meeting types will be categorized according to the scheduling pages they belong to.

Meeting Status

Appointlet updates the status of all meetings in real time. Let's review the status designations below:

  1. Approved: These meetings have been confirmed, either when the attendee completed the scheduling flow or when the meeting host approved a meeting request while using Manual Approval.

  2. Pending: These meetings have been requested by the attendee, but have not yet been approved or declined by the meeting host.

  3. Cancelled: These meetings have been cancelled by the attendee or the host. This category also includes meeting requests that were declined by the host.

Click the toggle switch beside the status options to filter for any combination of them.

Manual Search

The search bar allows you to manually enter meeting details for more granular search results. Any meeting data may be used for a manual search, including details not available in the other filtering options such as:

  1. Attendee name

  2. Attendee email

  3. Host email

Exporting Search Results

Now that you've filtered your meeting data, you can export your results as a CSV file to generate a report. Combining the export and filtering tools is an efficient way to monitor activity across the account and track progress or changes over time.
