Assigning Schedules to Meeting Types

How to use your pre-configured schedule across any meeting types

Updated over 6 months ago

The availability schedules you configure in the Schedule Manager can be used for any of your meeting types. However, once you've configured a schedule you'll need to choose which meeting types to assign it to.

Configuring Schedules

You can create as many schedules as needed in the Schedule Manager. This means you can assign different schedules to different meeting types depending on when you want certain services to be available. Review this guide for a detailed overview of Appointlet's availability setup options.

Assigning Schedules

With a schedule configured in the Schedule Manager, it's time to choose which meeting types the schedule should be assigned to. Navigate to the Pages tab and click a meeting type to assign the schedule in the settings. The next steps depend on whether you're editing a meeting type in a team or individual scheduling page. Assigning Schedules to Team Pages

For meeting types in a Team Page, click the Availability tab and select "Use Each Team Member's Availability".

Next, you'll need to assign the schedule to yourself in the Team Members tab. Each member assigned to the list in this view may use a different schedule.

Assigning Schedules to Individual Pages

If you're editing a meeting type in your individual page, there's no need to assign the schedule to yourself as a member since no other members can interact with your individual page. All you need to do is visit the Availability tab and choose which of your schedules to use.
