How to Test your Scheduling Page

Using the preview tools to view your live page

Updated over a week ago

Before you begin booking meetings, it's important to make sure your Scheduling Page is up and running smoothly. We've created a test feature that allows you to try out your Scheduling Page before bringing actual clients into the picture.

To create your first test booking, log in and use the Pages tab to access your dashboard.

Click the View Live Page button. This will launch your scheduler, so you can pick a meeting type and schedule a time:

If your availability isn't displaying the way you expect it to, close the scheduling page and return to your dashboard. Click on the Meeting Type that you want to review its settings.

Within the editor, click on Availability to make updates to your schedule:

Finally, update the availability and use the Save & Preview button to run your tests. Once you've created your first booking, you'll be in a better position to share your Appointlet link with confidence.

If you've followed these instructions but times are still not showing correctly, please review this article for further troubleshooting.

Now that you've set up a working availability schedule and tested your Scheduling Page, you're ready to book with real clients! In order for them to schedule with you, they'll need access to your Scheduling Page. You can share your Scheduling Page with them using this guide.

Once a client books a time with you, a new meeting will appear in the Meetings dashboard. In this window, you can view the meeting time and date, members and attendees. Additionally, by clicking the meeting itself you can view the attendee's email and any information they entered on your intake form.

And finally, you can cancel or reschedule an upcoming meeting either by clicking the ellipses (...) at the far right or by clicking directly on the meeting entry to open the meeting drawer to see a more detailed view.
